Lasagna


We prepare the meat as follows: we mix it with the onion that has been finely chopped, the salt and the pepper, and at the end we add the tomato juice.

We keep another spoon for the end of the tomato sauce. We cut the zucchini into rounds and make it in a pan without oil or on the grill.

Assemble as follows: grease a tray with oil, place a layer of lagana leaves then half of the meat composition, half of the zucchini slices half of the sour cream that was mixed with the cheese, then another layer of sheets, then the rest of the composite of meat, the rest of the slices of zuchini sour cream with the remaining cheese and at the end the last layer of leaves and cover with a tablespoon of tomato sauce and grated cheese in abundance.
