Betty Crocker Cookies
pouch (17.5 oz.) Betty Crocker™ Cookie Mix Peanut Butter
cup (1 stick) butter, softened but not melted (for cookie mix)
tablespoons Gold Medal™ All-Purpose Flour (for cookie mix)
package (12 oz.) dark chocolate candy coating wafers
mini peanut butter cups
pouch (7 oz.) of Betty Crocker™ Decorating Cookie Icing White
Yellow confetti sprinkles
Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare cookie dough according to package instructions.
Add 2 tablespoons of flour to batter while mixing so cookies will hold a domed shape.
Roll 2 tablespoons of dough into balls but do not flatten. Place on cookie sheet and bake for 7-9 minutes. Let cool completely.
Reserve 24 chocolate candy coating wafers. Melt remaining wafers according to package instructions. Using one of the reserved wafers, squeeze a small amount of white cookie icing in the middle of the wafer.
Place a mini peanut butter cup upside down in the middle of the icing until it spreads and forms a ring around the bottom of the peanut butter cup.
Place 1 yellow confetti sprinkle on the white rim.
Using a toothpick dipped in the melted candy coating, place 2 dots on the cookie for eyes and attach a black confetti sprinkle for the nose. Secure peanut butter cup hat onto the top of the cookie with the melted candy coating.
Attach the 2 peanut butter chips for ears to the top of the cookie.
