Elvis Poke Cake: PB Banana and Bacon

Elvis loved this combo, and we've put it into a poke cake with banana pudding, whipped cream and even bacon!MORE+LESS-

box (15.25 oz) Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ yellow cake mix

container whipped cream

1

package bacon, cooked and crumbled

    Add the cake mix, eggs, water, oil and peanut butter in a mixing bowl and beat until combined.

    Bake in a 350°F preheated oven for about 25 minutes or until cake is cooked in the center.

    In a bowl, combine the banana pudding and milk and whisk until combined.

    Poke holes with a knife all over the cake while it's hot.

    Pour the banana mixture over the top and into the holes.

    Add a layer of sliced bananas and top with a layer of whipped cream.

    Garnish with crumbled bacon and chill until serving time!
