very ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
tablespoons apple cider vinegar
cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
jalapeño peppers, stemmed and deseeded
tablespoon chopped fresh dill
Juice and zest of 1 fresh lime
Salt and fresh-ground pepper, to taste
Place all ingredients together in a high-speed blender until smooth.
- If a thinner consistency is desired, add 2-3 tablespoons of milk.
