Divide the dough into eight equal pieces. Flatten the pieces of dough and place a piece of melted cheese in the middle of each. Cover it to form a ball around it.

Put in the pan, grease them with beaten egg and sprinkle with poppy seeds. Let them rise for another 15 minutes in the pan. Bake at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes. Supervise the baking so that it does not burn.

  • 200g cream cheese
  • 40g melted butter
  • 40ml olive oil
  • 50ml liquid cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 110g whey protein isolate (find here)
  • 1/2 lgt baking powder
  • 1/2 lgt baking soda
  • 1/2 lgt salt
  • 1/2 lgt xantan gum
  • 1 lg sesame seeds

They are made super simple: beat with eggs the mixer, cream cheese, melted butter, olive oil and liquid cream. Then add the dry ingredients (less sesame seeds) and mix well until smooth.

Spray the silicone molds (you can use any silicone molds you have) with olive oil and pour the composition, sprinkle sesame seeds on top and then bake the buns at 170C for 30 minutes. That's it :) Great appetite!

Mix well and leave the yeast to ferment for about 15 minutes.Sift the remaining flour into a bowl. Add the remaining sugar, sunflower oil, salt, egg yolk, yeast and 150 ml of milk. Knead a smooth dough, which we then raise, in a warm place. We cover it with a cloth and leave it there for about 40 minutes.Meanwhile, prepare the filling. Mix the cottage cheese with the sugar and the yolk. Break the chocolate into squares.Transfer the dough on the work surface sprinkled with flour, roll it and cut it into pieces. With a teaspoon, place on each piece of dough a little of the cheese filling. Then add a square of chocolate.Then cover the filling and form the buns. Let them rise for another 10 minutes.

Wallpaper a tray with baking paper and place the buns in it. Grease them with sunflower oil.
